Warranty

All items purchased from Spectr carry a minimum of 2-year limited warranty for manufacturing defects or product failure. If there are any issues with your purchased items, do not hesitate to contact us so we can assist you. Warranty is only valid with original purchaser and will not be valid for any product that has been opened, disassembled or modified unless specified by Spectr. Spectr may request additional information, photo evidence or require the return of the defective item prior to a replacement sent. 

​Spectr product warranty is limited to product replacement only. Spectr does not offer compensation or coverage of installation labour or time that may be required for replacement items.

All sales are final and cannot be exchanged due to change of mind.
